Judith Ashworth
Judith has worked tirelessly in the home care industry for over 20 years. Through her professional and personal experiences, she has discovered and developed her passion for care giving. She has worked as an individual contributor in nearly every position in the home care industry and has been recognized for outstanding contributions all along the way. As Administrator of Dignity Care, she brings her expert knowledge of home care business processes as well as her ability to understand and fulfill individual needs. She is an inspiring leader of the Dignity Care team. Judith is a devoted wife, mother and grandmother. She also volunteers at her church teaching a class of young children and volunteers at a local high school. She truly enjoys all the opportunities she has to offer service where and whenever possible.
Emilie Gadot, CA
Originally from France, Emilie has always been driven to help others. She started her career as a Biology teacher in France working with learning-challenged children. After moving to California, Emilie found a new passion working with seniors as a personal trainer and chiropractic assistant. In June of 2020, she relocated to Colorado where she now shares her talents, experience, and compassion helping others as a member of the Dignity Care administrative team.
Leigh Collings, MA

Leigh joined Dignity Care as a Geriatric Care Manager in 2003. With over 30+ years of experience working with seniors and their families, she has developed an extraordinary talent for helping them navigate the enormous challenges of dealing with medical, physical, and emotional needs.
Jessica Davis, RN
Jessica is a Colorado native. In her early adulthood she noticed the need for a higher level of care as people age or their health declines. Her journey in the healthcare industry started in 2005 as a CNA and she obtained her associate degree in nursing from Front Range Community College, and bachelor of science in nursing from University of Northern Colorado. Jessica has worked as a hospice nurse in various capacities, including case management, triage, and admissions. She is passionate about making a positive difference at Dignity Care by providing thorough and compassionate care.
Nino Merran, BA
Geriatric Care Manager
Client Care Counselor
Originally from the Republic of Georgia, Nino joined Dignity Care in 2000. She was a humanitarian aid worker during times of extreme economic poverty in post-Soviet Georgia. As an excellent communicator with a passion for working with seniors, she has designed and implemented individual care plans from companionship to end-of-life care.
Leslie Sugianto, RN
Leslie was born in Lafayette, Louisiana and was raised in Lafayette, CO. She traveled to Kenya to attend a primary health care school and decided to pursue a career in nursing. Leslie has been working for Dignity Care since 2016. and enjoys engaging with clients and families to assist with client-specific optimal health and quality of life concerns.
Linda Zeutzius
Linda is proud to be a 3rd generation Colorado native. She has a passion for helping seniors get the care they need. Married with two grown children, she enjoys bowling, watching baseball and football, and she loves to read.
Katelyn Matarese, CNA
Katelyn joined Dignity Care as a CNA in 2011. She is extremely passionate about elder care! She started taking care of her grandfather at age 9 and developed a passion for connecting with that generation. Each client that Katelyn has worked with has taught her something that she can try to remember and implement throughout her life. Katelyn loves animals, kickboxing, sushi and tacos. The ocean is her happy place.
